You'll create intuitive interfaces for site owners to monitor multi-OEM fleets, track emissions, and take real-time action - combining user-centered design with modern frontend development to bring clean energy insights to life.
What You’ll Do
- Design User Experience: Design and refine intuitive user interfaces and experiences for our fleet monitoring dashboard using Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform decisions, while maintaining a cohesive design system and component library.
- Frontend Development: Develop responsive and accessible frontend components in Vue.js, implementing designs with pixel-perfect accuracy using modern CSS. Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data while optimizing performance and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaboration Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex telemetry data into intuitive user interfaces. Actively contribute to product strategy through design critiques and cross-functional input.

- Design Tool Expertise: Advanced skills in Figma, with experience in design systems
- Data Visualization: Experience designing interfaces for complex data and analytics
- Domain Experience: Background in B2B SaaS, IoT dashboards, or energy/sustainability tools
- Advanced Frontend: Experience with build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
- Research Skills: User research, usability testing, and data-driven design experience
- Startup Agility: Startup experience or desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment
