We are looking for a Manual Tester with strong SQL skills and a basic understanding of compliance rules to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have a solid foundation in manual testing practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, well-structured test cases and test scenarios.
  • Perform manual testing across web and backend systems to ensure functionality, usability, and stability.
  • Execute and validate SQL queries to test and verify data accuracy in databases.
  • Apply basic compliance rules and ensure that all test activities align with regulatory and data privacy standards.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test results, and test summary reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and handle client discussions independently for clarifications, updates, and issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong in manual testing concepts, including test case design, execution, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
  • Good proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and execute complex queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Basic understanding of compliance rules (e.g., data privacy, regulatory standards) and their relevance to testing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – must be capable of independently handling client interactions and status reporting.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases and scenarios.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment.
