Full Stack Developer - Nihonggo

Position:Japanese-Speaking MERN Stack Developer Location:Remote (Japan Timezone Preferred) Type:Full-Time / Contract Experience Level:Mid to Senior Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain web applications using theMERN stack(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to build high-quality user interfaces and APIs.
- Participate in agile sprints, contribute to planning, code reviews, and testing.
- Integrate and optimizeAI toolsand APIs to improve workflows and product functionality.
- Communicate effectively with both Japanese and English-speaking team members.
- Proficiency inJapanese (written, spoken, and listening)/ JNLPT2.
- Solid experience with theMERN stack.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong understanding of Git and development best practices.
- Ability toleverage AI tools(e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automation scripts) for productivity and efficiency.
- Exposure toAI/ML projectsor experience integrating AI APIs.
- Knowledge ofLLM agentic frameworks,RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation),LangChain, or similar architectures.
- Familiarity withPython, especiallyFastAPIfor backend or service integration.
- Understanding of modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
