As Capital Markets Manager at Job&Talent
, you’ll take the lead in managing and optimizing our relationships with banks, lending partners, and financing vehicles. You’ll own the day-to-day operations behind our funding flows — from monitoring incoming capital to ensuring flawless reconciliations and timely compliance.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the core of our capital strategy. You’ll work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and FP&A teams to forecast liquidity needs, support audits, and align financing operations with our strategic cash targets.
Fast-moving and data-driven, you’ll turn complex financing structures into clear insights, build models to stress-test scenarios, and proactively flag risks or opportunities. Your work will ensure financial resilience and empower smarter, faster decisions across the business.
