Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, addressing blockers and ensuring smooth team operations
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
  • Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource for process-related inquiries
  • Advise government personnel on process standardization improvements
  • Collaborate directly with senior-level client leadership teams in project delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and project management
  • Proven experience with large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
  • Expertise in the Agile SAFe framework is essential
  • Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing actionable meeting outcomes
  • SAFe Certified Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs and its related tools and processes
  • Familiarity with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
  • Background in technical disciplines with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related fields
  • Experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus
  • Ability to obtain a Government clearance
