This remote position offers a unique opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide critical support to product leaders. You'll be at the heart of our "pitch-to-play ecosystem," contributing to the planning, production, and promotion of captivating content enjoyed by millions worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for product leaders and their teams, both internal and external.
  • Coordinate logistics for team offsites and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements and process expense reports efficiently.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, fostering strong partnerships and communication with operations and administrative teams.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with utmost care.
  • Bring an inquisitive approach to the business, identifying opportunities for team improvement and connection.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience managing executive calendars.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Groups) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and editing skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • Experience or knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $240,000, with an annual compensation structure allowing you to choose the balance between salary and stock options.
