Customer Operations Specialist

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our Foodservice customers, ensuring their equipment service needs are met with excellence. This dynamic role involves coordinating new installations, replacements, flavor changes, equipment removals, and other projects. What You'll Do For Us

  • Serve as a primary customer ambassador, diagnosing service issues and business needs, and implementing programs.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders, troubleshoot operational issues, and communicate crucial information to key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate logistical details for closures, relocations, and remodels, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor and track all activity in our systems (Thirsty, QuickBase, etc.).
  • Schedule installations, exchanges, buy-backs, and removals using our information systems, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using information systems, providing prompt service and solutions.
  • Confirm service details with customers, including follow-ups and order confirmations, to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the sourcing and delivery of assets and parts using our systems.
  • Handle inquiries and feedback diligently, documenting in our database tools to improve service performance.
  • Establish partnerships with customers, clients, and third-party service providers to achieve shared goals.
  • Process and expedite orders while effectively communicating demand for products or services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, sales, or sales support role.
  • Superior communication and exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with technical software applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Account Management, stewardship techniques, and continuity of supply.
  • Excellent problem-solving acumen and leadership capabilities.
  • Familiarity with distributor/distribution policies and supplier fulfillment capabilities.
