We're committed to providing exceptional customer support, and we're looking for a talented Customer Support Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering world-class technical support to our customers. You'll work independently to resolve technical issues via phone, email, and messenger, while embodying our values of helpfulness, friendliness, and empathy. You'll be an expert in our platform, leveraging internal tools to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and messenger, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of issues
  • Develop expertise in the NationBuilder platform, including email deliverability, DNS, and theme
  • Manage customer issues and emails efficiently, documenting and troubleshooting product issues using internal reporting tools
  • Monitor and review customer account user-submitted content for potential issues
  • Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, identifying and reporting customer issues to other teams as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

  • Strong reading comprehension and typing skills, with experience using tools like Slack, Intercom, and Google Docs

  • Experience in customer-facing service, such as retail, hospitality, or online support (preferred)
