Customer Experience Specialist - Remote Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DoorDash's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
