Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences and create customized itineraries
- Plan and book trips, including airfare, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets, and events
- Present services to clients through compelling presentations and proposals
- Provide exceptional remote customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing support throughout the booking process
- Utilize time management skills to research, plan, and book vacation packages for clients
- Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to secure services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
- Stay informed about luxury travel trends and emerging villa destinations to provide relevant recommendations
- Participate in familiarization trips/tours and ongoing training as needed
- Obtain certification to book travel within 5 days of starting
- Maintain accurate documentation of client forms and records
- Stay active on social media platforms to reach clients and promote our services
- Participate in group meetings/trainings and contribute to team discussions
- Verify all information from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness
