We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team, working Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM until route is complete. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Job Summary

The Field Service Installer is responsible for installing, removing, and relocating fountain equipment at customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, removals, and relocations of fountain equipment at customer locations
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed
• Complete required paperwork, such as work tickets and parts lists
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred
• 0-3 years of general plumbing and technical experience
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
