We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our municipal projects in Michigan, focusing on the design, construction, and enhancement of critical water infrastructure systems. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to meaningful civil engineering initiatives that improve the lives of communities across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive studies for new projects, generating detailed reports that guide decision-making processes
• Design robust water distribution systems tailored to community needs, ensuring quality standards are met every step of the way
• Oversee sewerage system enhancements, including collections and storage improvements, to provide reliable and efficient services
• Manage project timelines from concept through completion, leading project teams and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of planners, engineers, architects, and technicians
• Document and present work to teams and clients in a clear and concise manner, demonstrating expertise and professionalism

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• PE registration in Michigan and at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering municipal design
• Design experience with water main, sanitary sewer, roads, pathways, and stormwater systems, with MDOT experience being a plus
• Familiarity with GIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or hydraulic and hydrology design programs such as WaterCad, SewerCad, EPA-SWMM, HEC-HMS, or HEC-RAS
• Proven ability to lead project teams and work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals
