Our MedTech Electrophysiology team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions for cardiovascular care, and we are seeking a skilled education professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The Manager, Global Education will be responsible for creating and implementing a global education strategy that supports the launch of new products and trains healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our electrophysiology hardware and software. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop educational content that meets the needs of our customers and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports the launch of new products and trains healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our electrophysiology hardware and software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to develop educational content that meets the needs of our customers and drives business results
  • Partner with regional education teams to catalog needs and best practices and share with EdTech strategy and design leads
  • Ensure global compliance to the global learning digital strategy, communication strategy, and digital asset library
  • Facilitate initial product training and Train the Trainer (TTT) activities for regional Commercial Education key assets
  • Create performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of training content/experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device or related field, with a focus on cardiac electrophysiology, 3D mapping skills, and/or intracardiac ultrasound
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven ability to understand business strategy and translate it into education solutions
  • Proven leadership ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a team of professionals
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a broad list of assets across multiple functions
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate strategy and standards across multiple recipients
