We are looking for a hands-on builder who is passionate about using AI and automation to solve complex problems. You will not be just maintaining systems or checking boxes; you will be architecting and creating the core tools that will help our entire organization innovate more safely and effectively. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on the business. About the Role:Build AI-Powered Solutions: Design, code, and deploy intelligent workflows and autonomous agents to automate risk detection and analysis. You'll work with technologies like LLMs to turn unstructured data (eg. regulatory documents) into actionable insights. Solve Business Problems with Code: Collaborate directly with risk and compliance experts to understand their core processes and challenges, then design and build the end-to-end technical solutions that reimagine and solve them. Drive Innovation and Experimentation: Proactively explore, prototype, and implement cutting-edge technologies. You'll have the autonomy to experiment with the latest AI frameworks and tools to find novel solutions to our business challenges. Own and Scale Your Work: Take full ownership of your projects, from the initial concept and architecture through to deployment and continuous improvement, ensuring your solutions are scalable and robust.
