What do we do: We simplify, streamline, and automate controls—strengthening our ability to prevent issues.Control Automation Team automates manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.Control automation team helps organization in automation of manual controls through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques. This team work with business for audit, by Identifying cases on control gaps, policy breaches and providing data evidence for audit completion. Expertise Required:Analytical Skills Good in Data analysis & Data patterns.Good with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis.Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.Good with data manipulation and problem solving to effectively work with large datasets and drive actionable conclusions.Collaborate with Business for requirements gathering.Tools and Platforms Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python and have strong RDBMS concepts.Basic – Intermediate experience in Appian, Xceptor and TableauProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBANice to have – Experience on below.StatisticsWorkflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.Domain SkillsGood understanding ofBanking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)Functional SkillsBusiness risk, controls, compliance, and data management.Nice to have… Apply To This Job
