We are looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Predictive Analytics to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Senior Manager, Predictive Analytics is responsible for leading advanced analytics initiatives across multiple onboard revenue categories to drive data-driven decision making and incremental value generation for Princess Cruises. This role involves developing and implementing predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and revenue forecasting across the onboard revenue portfolio. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams including revenue management, marketing, operations, and technology to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive analytics, strong leadership skills, and experience in the cruise, hospitality, or retail industry. Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of predictive models for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and customer behavior analysis across all onboard revenue categories (Shorex, Photo, Retail, Spa, Art, Weddings). Build machine learning algorithms to identify revenue opportunities and optimize promotional strategies. Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact. Partner with AVP and cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements for commercial strategies. Develop analytical frameworks to support pricing decisions, product innovation, and promotional campaigns.
