A global product company is looking for a Tech Lead Python to join its remote team. The company has over 14 years of experience building high-load Linux-based solutions and has a strong engineering culture. The successful candidate will lead and scale a team of engineers, drive architectural strategy, and promote a Linux-first and automation-focused engineering approach.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with Python
- Strong Linux expertise - from internals to system-level understanding
- Deep experience with automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure tooling
- 3–5+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Successful track record managing teams of 15–25 engineers
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, product-focused environments
- Russian - native; English - C1+
