About the Role:

TyrAds is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years in the AdTech industry. You will play a key role in defining and executing our marketing strategies while also rolling up your sleeves to produce high-quality content, support PR activities, and drive impactful campaigns.

This is a hands-on role where you will both set the strategy and actively contribute to its execution. You will work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Write engaging, relevant content for various channels including blogs, social media, sales materials, and PR.

  • Support and implement PR efforts, including press release creation and media outreach.

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across key platforms (LinkedIn, wechat, email, podcasts, etc.).

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, blogs).

  • Manage and track marketing KPIs, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to support business objectives.

  • Stay current with AdTech and mobile industry trends, ensuring our positioning remains innovative and relevant.

  • Represent TyrAds at industry events and conferences when needed.

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the AdTech industry in a marketing-focused role.

  • Proven ability to create impactful B2B marketing content and support PR efforts.

  • Hands-on manager who is able to strategize but also executes independently, including content writing and campaign management.

  • Experience supporting B2B lead generation through online and offline channels.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Flexible and adaptive to working across time zones and remote teams.

  • Native or fluent level English, both spoken and written.
