As a Territory Manager – ENT, you will join a passionate team driving meaningful change in patients' lives. You will represent Medtronic’s market-leading ENT product portfolio and work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver cutting-edge solutions in Midlands and North West.

This role goes beyond sales — you’ll become a trusted partner in the operating room, supporting surgeons during complex procedures, and contributing to improved patient outcomes across the globe.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead sales efforts within your designated territory to drive growth and expand the adoption of Medtronic’s ENT solutions
  • Build partnerships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance patient care
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical advantages of Medtronic’s ENT products through comprehensive product demonstrations and in-procedure support
  • Identify new sales opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and increase market share for Medtronic’s ENT product portfolio
  • Act as a trusted resource in the operating room by providing technical expertise and ensuring optimal product performance during surgeries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to innovation and improving patient outcomes

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, show resilience and drive results in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with operating room protocols and hospital purchasing processes
  • Willingness to travel extensively (
