What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager

We’re looking for an experianced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our partner estate agents across London . You will ensure excellent service delivery, drive engagement with our products, and maximise all growth opportunities. As a Relationship manager you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner agents.
  • Deliver in-person and online training to increase product awareness.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategic partner plans.
  • Support new partners through onboarding and success programmes.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to meet appointment targets.
  • Create case studies to showcase success.
  • Represent iamproperty professionally at all times.

This role will involve travel across Essex, Greater London and the Home Counties

What are we looking for?

  • Experience within the property industry, and ideally account management
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly disciplined, with the ability to stay motivated and inspire others.
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel extensively across the UK and stay overnight when needed.
  • Coaching & Training: Confident in motivating and coaching estate agents to drive business growth.
  • Presentation Skills: Engaging and persuasive speaker, comfortable with all training formats.
  • Stakeholder Management: Able to build trust and product confidence at all levels.
  • Communication & Organisation: Strong written, verbal, and time management skills.
  • Remote & Teamwork: Capable of working independently while keeping the wider team informed.
