Job Overview We are actively seeking a compassionate and committed New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor to become a valuable member of our team. Key Responsibilities • Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, or groups. • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies. • Maintain accurate and confidential client records. • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all documentation. • Facilitate open communication with referral sources and other healthcare professionals. • Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to craft comprehensive treatment strategies. • Engage in supervision and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. Required Skills • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation practices. • Strong competencies in data collection and analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Proficiency in counseling practices, interventions, and assessments. • Ability to consult, refer, and conduct research as required. Qualifications • Must possess a New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor credential. • Relevant degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required.
