[Remote-Position] Cable Line Technician

Cable Line Technician Job Summary... DISH technicians play a major role in connecting customers across the country with TV and smart home solutions. This means you’ll be the face of the company, doing everything from educating customers on new products to installing satellite dishes and ensuring systems are working properly. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Promote / Upgrade within 6 months via our ladder program which includes base pay increase at each level; this equates to $1/hour for every level completed up to Technician IV. • Performance-based rewards - Increased incentives for more installs per work week; top installers average earn around $6k in bonus potential per year • Holidays off (6 days) PLUS paid time off (up to 4 weeks total within 1st year) • Overtime pay - Ability to earn additional income through increased hours or through productivity bonuses as outlined in the CBA. • Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental/Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance plus company matched 401K (available immediately); Health Savings Account (with available savings). Qualifications: • A successful Satellite TV Installer/Technician will have the following: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Mechanical aptitude; ability to use hand tools and test equipment is necessary. • Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and lift up to 80 lbs.
