We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Operator to join our growing team. As a Live Chat Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' experience by addressing their queries, concerns, and providing helpful information in a timely... manner. Responsibilities: • Assist customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat interactions • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution • Offer assistance in product selection and provide recommendations based on customer needs • Provide technical support for customers facing issues with our products or services • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient problem-solving • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent typing speed and accuracy • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously • Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Apply Job!
