Microsoft is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Engineering-Cyber Security. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to Microsoft's cyber security products. You will be an integral part of a team that is focused on providing the highest quality technical support for our... customers.We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for technology and a drive to help others. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as experience in network security, penetration testing, and incident response. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support related to Microsoft's cyber security products. Assist customers with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of cyber security products. Assist customers with network security, penetration testing, and incident response. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels. Diagnose and diagnose technical issues. Develop and document technical solutions. Stay up to date on the latest cyber security threats and trends. Research and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience. Monitor customer feedback and survey results.
