Key Responsibilities... ? Engage with Spotify users through live chat to provide exceptional customer support. ? Accurately document interactions and solutions in our customer support system. ? Collaborate with other team members to share insights and continuously improve our support processes. Qualifications: ? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role. ? Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and empathy. ? Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of live chat interactions. ? Familiarity with Spotify and a passion for music and entertainment. ? Basic data entry skills and proficiency in using customer support software. ? Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. ?
