In Short • Promote job placement for clients in the employer community. • Liaise with employers to obtain job leads. • Develop direct hire employment opportunities for clients. • On-site work 80% of the time, 20% remote. • Assist with the mission of accelerating the human condition. • Identify and develop job opportunities for clients. • Work closely with Career Navigators and training providers. • Interview Job Seekers for job placement. • Maintain job and employer data banks. • Design and conduct job fairs. Requirements • High School Diploma/GED. • Multilingual or bilingual preferred. • Experience in public relations and technical writing. • Experience with training and coaching. • Knowledge of workforce or government funded programs. • Experience in job placement. • Ability to establish effective working relationships. • Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Valid Driver’s License.
