Our client is seeking a Director of Sales to develop their industrial and commercial customer base. If you have an extensive background selling into: manufacturing, Distribution Centers, and Warehouses OR Commercial Businesses including: Hospitals, Airports, and Universities, then I want to hear from you today! You must have pre-existing relationships within large manufacturing or distribution... center facilities or commercial entities. Director of Sales Benefits and Compensation: ??$130,000 to $150,000 Base Salary ??Uncapped Commissions ??Comprehensive Benefits ??401k 4% match ??PTO ??Remote Position ??All Travel Expenses Covered & Phone Allowance Director of Sales Responsibilities and Requirements: ??Design sales strategies to consistently exceed growth targets ??Target and identify new business opportunities ??Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in within large facilities ??Lead, mentor, and motivate the industrial sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment ??Experience selling products into distribution centers, large warehouses, manufacturing facilities OR hospitals, airports, and universities ??Must be willing to travel At Goodwin Recruiting we are committed to our core values.
