Our mission is to do the right things, right by providing the vital governance, process leadership and expertise required to transform and deliver operational excellence. The purpose of this position is to drive and execute the improvement and optimization of Global Order to Cash processes to ensure Indeed Finance is the most efficient and effective function it can be. This role plays a critical and central role in partnering with the BPO (Business Process Owners), PMO (Project Management Office), Technology Teams as well as the Adoption Team (OCM, Communications, Training) to collaboratively embed a mindset that is focused on simplification, continuous improvement and drives the enhancement of processes. This role will be heavily involved in our current Order to Cash Transformation journey implementing Zuora. Responsibilities • Build and cultivate partnerships with the Global Business Process Owners (your customers) • Provide business process management expertise & drive business process optimisation initiatives • Document and maintain repository of existing Order to Cash business processes (Process Flow Maps and Documentation) • Examine data to proactively identify, capture and prioritize opportunities to improve & optimize processes, enhance quality of service and productivity • Act as a liaison between business and technology groups. Ensure enhancement and project requirements are met with innovative and scalable solutions • Stay abreast of industry leading practices in the Order to Cash process area. Make recommendations • Foster a process based culture through effective communication, customer relationship management, performance management, performance measurement & knowledge management • Participate in requirements gathering, impact analysis, test case definition, user acceptance testing & post implementation support where required Skills/Competencies • 5+ years relevant experience in an Order to Cash process improvement role • Experience working with Zuora and Salesforce from an Order to Cash perspective • Experience of driving transformational change in large organizations using process design methodologies, practices and tools such as Lean, Six Sigma. • Experience with systems implementations • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. • Excellent collaborator with effective communication & influencing skills. • Excellent problem-solving skills. Salary Range Transparency US Remote 92,000 - 138,000 USD per year Austin 92,000 - 138,000 USD per year New York City Metro 96,000-144,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
