Steel Detailer - In Office or Remote

About the position

The Steel Detailer position at American Steel Detailing involves working closely with project managers, checkers, and other team members to produce detailed shop and erection drawings. This role requires the interpretation of design documents provided by structural engineers and architects to ensure accurate and efficient detailing of steel structures. The Steel Detailer will utilize SDS/2 software to create 3D models and shop/erection drawings that will be used by steel fabricators and erectors in the field. Experience in reading, drafting, and dimensioning drawings is crucial, as is familiarity with SDS2 or similar modeling/drafting software. Requirements
