If so, we want YOU to join our growing team at The Weaver Adjustment Group as a Sales Development Representative!Incumbent must pass background check and be able to be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam.What You’ll Do:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Identify client needs and present our solutions clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
- Set appointments for follow-up with our sales team.
- Track and report on your daily call activity and lead generation results.
- Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.
- Resilience and persistence—you’re not afraid of rejection and know that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
- Self-motivated—you take initiative and enjoy working independently to hit targets.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide all the training you’ll need!
