We’re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer who can hit the ground running. This role requires someone who not only has a strong technical foundation but is also confident in managing projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will serve as a hands-on expert, providing guidance and mentorship to our developing engineering team—essentially, a player/coach who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Design various AC & DC, Analog, and Digital circuitry solutions for customer needs.
  • Create panel wiring and layouts according to industry standards.
  • Develop hardware and software for effective testing of customer products.
  • Utilize CAD design tools such as EPLAN Electrical proficiently.
  • Demonstrate technological skills in manufacturing software and Microsoft products.
  • Showcase strong organizational, detail-oriented, and follow-up abilities.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills as a valuable team member.
  • Uphold the company's Core Values while performing assigned duties. Qualifications:
  • Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management and employees as needed.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve technical problems and resolve issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Sharp performer and passionate about growth, result-driven.
  • Excellent sense of circuit design and applied circuit analysis.
  • Knowledge of industrial Electrical design standards (NEC, IEC, etc.)
  • Experience producing from conceptual design to construction documents.
  • Obtaining approvals from various agencies.
  • Working with engineers and other team members to complete projects on time. Required Education And Experience
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design, wiring design, and testing based on high-level requirements and system integration.
  • Experience with industrial electrical equipment and electrical control systems.
  • Experience with TCP/IP and PC Networking.
  • Experience with CAN and LIN serial communications protocols.
  • Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment using high-speed oscilloscopes, signal generators, waveform generators, and debugging tools.
  • Ability to analyze, problem solve, multitask, work in a team environment, and meet deadlines.
