This includes high volume phone calls to and from multiple client sources, management of multiple scheduling software systems, ability to multi-task and exceptional communication skills. Data entry and equipment tracking included. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:A minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of customer service is required. EPIC knowledge preferredEDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate Degree is preferred.TRAINING DESCRIPTION:Additional training in communication skills is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Computer and keyboarding skills, telephone skills, customer service skills.
