Westin Furniture is an industry leading provider in indoor and outdoor patio furniture. With over 20 years in the industry, our products can be found in specialty stores, department stores, home centers, and online retailers. We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Account Assistant to manage assigned marketplace channels and develop more sales channels to help our business grow. Our brand focuses on decorative furniture. This role is in office.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Macy’s, Target, and other high-volume sales channels.
  • Understand the unique requirements, listing guidelines, and best practices for each e-commerce platform to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
  • Ensure all product data—including pricing, descriptions, and images—is consistently updated and accurate across all platforms.
  • Write compelling product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using SEO best practices to improve visibility and conversion on Amazon and similar marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, including rankings, reviews, ratings, and sales data, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Upload and manage listing images, ensuring they meet platform standards and enhance the visual appeal of listings.
  • Collaborate with and report directly to the E-Commerce Account Manager to align on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Perform additional e-commerce support tasks as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, specifically with product listings and marketplace management.
  • Deep understanding of multiple e-commerce platforms and their specific listing requirements (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Macy’s).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and image editing for digital product presentation.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other mass retail websites.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of online listing and content writing experience.
  • Prior experience managing online listings in the furniture or outdoor furniture space is a plus.
  • Previous experience with marketplace analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or 2–5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Proven success managing marketplace listings and enhancing product visibility and sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven and highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and familiarity with Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising.
  • Strong attention to detail with a typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
  • Solid understanding of branding, visual merchandising, and product positioning in online marketplaces.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
