  • Record detailed notes from each conversation in our call tracking or CRM system for future reference.
  • Escalate recurring concerns or unresolved issues to your team leader to support service improvements and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to speak clearly and calmly.
  • Quick learner who can follow structured scripts while also adapting to different types of calls.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay organized during high call volumes.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or support role is a plus, but not requiredtraining is provided.
