This flexible, contract-based, work-from-home position is ideal for church leaders and individuals passionate about outreach and global understanding. In this role, you will: -Recruit volunteer families from your church or network to host international students -Partner with local high schools to support student enrollment -Serve as a liaison between students, host families, and our main office -Provide support throughout the exchange year What We’re Looking For: -Well-connected in your church or faith community -Outgoing, friendly, and a great communicator -Comfortable working independently and setting your own schedule -Passionate about youth ministry, cultural understanding, and service -Social media savvy and able to network online/offline -Access to reliable transportation and a computer Make a global difference—right from your hometown.
