Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
