About the position As a Technical Specialist at Apple, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their Apple technology, ensuring they get the most out of their products. Responsibilities

  • Help new customers get started with their Apple products and provide ongoing support to existing customers.

  • Conduct personal training sessions for new customers on using Apple products effectively, including photo, video, and music projects.
