Job Description MGID is a global advertising platform that helps publishers monetize their audiences and enables brands to promote their products and services across the open web effectively. Using AI-powered technology, we deliver high-quality native, display, and video ads in brand-safe environments, balancing user experience and performance.

As Senior Demand Side Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in the global success of our campaign operations. We're looking for a strategic and data-driven thinker ready to act as the right hand to the head of Account Management—bringing structure, clarity, and insight to complex campaign workflows while bridging strategy and execution across regions and teams.

What You'll Do:

Daily Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor top clients daily based on revenue and delivery limits.
  • Spot fulfillment gaps and suggest optimization strategies.
  • Ensure brand campaigns meet delivery goals and follow brand safety standards.
Campaign Performance & Moderation
  • Analyze campaign performance based on key KPIs, prioritizing revenue impact.
  • Oversee campaign moderation, tagging, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
Communication & Troubleshooting
  • Share insights via custom reports and dashboards, highlighting discrepancies.
  • Recommend improvements to team leads and support GTM process execution.
  • Communicate delivery issues using internal tools and maintain a monthly KPI summary.
Campaign Health Checks
  • Run systematic checks on new campaigns for proper setup and best practices.
  • Flag tracking, attribution, or performance issues to relevant leads.
Cross-Team Projects
  • Drive and track cross-functional initiatives with supporting reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with teams to validate ideas through data and build proof-of-concept.
Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in campaign management, ad operations, or digital advertising, ideally within programmatic or performance marketing.
  • Familiar with tracking systems, ad-serving platforms, and brand safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, or affiliate tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset—able to interpret performance data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Comfortable initiating projects, proposing ideas, and collaborating with senior leadership on GTM initiatives.
  • Skilled in building operational workflows, setting metrics, and improving team efficiency.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to spot issues, challenge assumptions, and apply insights to improve processes.

Be part of a company where curiosity sparks innovation, collaboration fuels success, and every voice is heard. At MGID, we believe in pushing boundaries, celebrating diverse perspectives, and fostering a culture of trust and growth. Whether you’re refining your skills or exploring new horizons, we provide the support, flexibility, and opportunities to help you thrive. Let’s build the future of AdTech—together!
