Supervisor, Resource Coordination - Full-time

Supervises day-to-day activities of community and resource coordination team members and issues related to members. ? *(MST zone required).** + Monitors and reviews all community and resource coordination activities including member outreach and ensuring members are connected to local resources throughout care/service + Assigns community and resource coordination tasks to the team based on state and contractual requirements and member needs + Works with community and resource coordination and care management team to ensure effective, appropriate care of the member and addressing member needs + Ensures compliance with state and regulatory guidelines and standards + Educates and provides guidance and/or resources for community and resource coordination team to address member requests/needs + Evaluates community and resource coordination team?s performance and provides feedback regarding performance, goals, and career milestones + Provides coaching and guidance to community and resource coordination team to improve community resources, outreach services and connecting members to community resources to provide necessary care in a cost-effective manner + Assists with onboarding, hiring, and training community and resource coordination team members + Performs other duties as assigned + Complies with all policies and standards ? *Education/Experience:** Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $112,400.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
