Delivery Driver - Amazon DSP

LulaZon Logistics is Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Phoenix, AZ. We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver packages in Amazon-branded vans. Since we are new, we are looking for associates to grow with us and assume some of the future leadership positions like Lead Drivers, Trainers, Dispatchers, and Operations Manager. If you do a great job there will be room to grow!Our motto is to help Amazon deliver Smiles to customers?one driver, one package and one neighborhood at a time. We want our Delivery Associates to strive to get every Amazon order to the customers door on-time. Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required Shifts range between 8-10 hours and are available 7 days per week. Shifts begin around 10:30 and go till 8-10pm depending on volume. For Full-Time we offer a 4-day schedule with at least 1 weekend day worked. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Also, we will be looking for some of our new hires to get DOT certified to drive Step Vans and Box Trucks later in the year. We will pay for all the training to get your license if you choose to do so. Duties and Responsibilities: Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times. Use hand-held device for routing, safety and customer delivery Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED! We deliver Packages + Smiles to customers Perform following tasks with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift packages up to 50 lbs. Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift. Sometimes make up to 150 stops.
