Bilingual Sales/Logistics Assistant

We are seeking a bilingual Logistics and Sales Assistant in Davie, FL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international shipments and coordinating with the sales department to ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role will involve preparing shipping documentation, managing logistics operations, and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service. Supports international shipping, coordinating with sales for order instructions and preparing sales orders, invoices, and international documents. ? Manages shipments with freight forwarders and warehouses, including air and ocean freight, and obtains necessary analytical reports for customers. ? Prepares daily shipping logs and works with Accounting on Letter of Credit documents. ? Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments with couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) and maintains accurate records for closed orders. ? Requests freight quotes, supports trade show and promotional shipments, and assists with sample preparations. ? Resolves discrepancies in shipping and receiving documentation and works with Operations on packaging specifications. ?
