In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through warm calling techniques, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to our overall sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, use and knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot in our case), and a passion for sales, and customer service, with the ability to engage prospects effectively. Responsibilities • Conduct warm/outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products and services. • Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain product features and benefits clearly. • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update HubSpot, or other software/tools, with relevant information. • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous interactions. • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts. • Assigning Leads to other Team members in areas outside our location. • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to better communicate with clients. Skills • Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in an inside sales environment. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone. • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions. • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate clearly. • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships. • Familiarity with technology sales and understanding of market dynamics. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
