Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic. As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. Compensation

Based Position only. You must be a licensed sales agent to apply for this job. At lease 1 Year experience preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values. • Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. • Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and real estate professionals to facilitate transactions. • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property management activities. • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Skills • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively. • Ability to collaborate with team members and other professionals in the industry. • Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with clients and stakeholders. • Proficiency in property management practices to assist clients with their needs. • Strong customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process. • Proven negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in transactions.
