QA Manual & Automation Engineer

We are seeking a QA Manual & Automation Engineer with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Target. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure the quality, performance, and security of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of manual and automated testing frameworks, API testing, and test strategies to support digital transformation initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality releases • Design and implement test automation frameworks for AEM, AEP, Workfront, Analytics, and Target • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across multiple platforms and devices • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage • Conduct API testing for Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, ensuring seamless data flow • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution • Execute cross-browser and cross-device testing to validate digital experiences • Work closely with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure continuous testing and fast feedback loops • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Strong experience in testing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEM, AEP, Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Target • Proficiency in manual testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, and defect tracking • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or Playwright • Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI • 5–8 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud testing • Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing of enterprise-level digital marketing platforms • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field NICE TO HAVE • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6 • Experience with AI-driven automation testing tools • ISTQB Certification or similar QA certifications preferred • Adobe Experience Cloud-related certifications (Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, AEM) are a plus ABOUT US Born in 2001, Code and Theory is a digital-first creative agency that sits at the center of creativity and technology.
