Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst $54,673-$67,795 / year Job Level: Individual Contributor What You Will Be Doing: Evaluate and analyze the Companies procurement needs. Perform product research, interpret, analyze, and translate spend and savings information in different formats to accommodate a variety of sourcing needs based on strategic procurement goals and requirements including, but not limited to, RFP/RFQ analysis and cost savings models. Serve as a liaison between suppliers and business partners on matters pertaining to procurement of goods and services. Review bid proposals, negotiate pricing and secure contracts within budgetary scope for a variety of equipment, furniture, supplies, merchandise, hardware/software, and services. Responsible for ensuring and maintaining compliance to established Purchasing policies and procedures. What We're Looking For: Superior skills in negotiation, written, and verbal communications. Demonstrate excellent business aptitude and customer service. Excellent analytical, organization, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of business objectives to generate project details, action items, schedules, and deliverables for business partners. Ability to maintain accurate procurement records, stay updated on order statuses, and resolve any procurement-related issues efficiently. Experience with IT infrastructure, technology procurement, technical troubleshooting, or system management is preferred. Workday experience is beneficial.
