Claims Manager

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in casualty claim handling. The ideal candidate will possess specialized and technical competence in managing casualty claims, with a strong focus on General Liability and Auto claims, assessment/valuation, and litigation management. Responsibilities: • Investigates various types of loss events and insurance claims. • Engages guests when needed for early intervention and resolution. • Reports claims to the insurance carrier. • On behalf of employer liaises with insurance carrier adjustors to monitor and manage claims until settled or closure. • Acts as a liaison between insurance carriers, attorneys and/or claimants and the company to solve problems and expedite claim resolution. • Produces reports, among other actions, to help assess and prevent losses. • Provides exceptional customer service in the management of GL, Property, Business Auto, etc. claims. • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. • All other duties as assigned. Experience/Qualifications: • 3+ years of casualty claim handling experience. • Expertise in General Liability and Auto claims. • Proficiency in claim assessment/valuation and litigation management. • Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. • Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): • High school diploma or equivalent (required). • Florida 2-20 or 6-20 License, or equivalent (preferred).
