About the position Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish to support customers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role involves addressing customer inquiries and issues related to financial products and services through various communication channels, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to company policies and guidelines. Responsibilities • Support customers with inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat. , • Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience. , • Receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions and issues to more senior employees as needed. , • Interact with team members and internal or external customers to provide information and support. Requirements • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. , • Bilingual reading, speaking, and listening proficiency in Spanish/English. Nice-to-haves • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving customer issues efficiently. , • Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment. , • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism. , • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication. , • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and navigate multiple computer systems and applications. , • Knowledge and experience with internet, mobile, and social media technology.
