Location: Dallas, TX Type: Q Temps Job #21067 General Liability Claims Adjuster (Temp-to-Hire Potential) located in office Dallas, TX We are seeking an experienced a GL Claims Adjuster to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a temp-to-hire opportunity depending on business needs. This role will focus on handling advanced claims, including slip and falls mostly direct deals, and attorney-represented cases, with minimal litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of complex claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle slip and fall cases and attorney-represented claims. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Work closely with legal teams, medical professionals, and other stakeholders as needed. Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular updates on claim status. Qualifications 3-5 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably with slip and falls and attorney-represented cases. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Experience handling low-litigation claims is a plus.
