A lead sales associate is a contributing team member who is responsible for making stores presentable for all events, training and leading sales associates, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees and customers. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and support a strong sales and service culture
- Prepare all storefronts and locations to be ready for all game days and events
- Resolve and de-escalate customer complaints with concern and urgency
- Present and maintain merchandise in a neat and appealing manner
- Lead others and follow all cleaning and maintenance routines
- Ensure accurate merchandise inventory records while restocking stores
- Assist preparation for physical inventory counts
- Protect inventory from internal and external theft
- Contribute to and maintain an orderly, safe work environment
- Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion where guests and team members feel welcomed, valued, and heard
- Other duties as assigned
