This position can be Paris-based, Amsterdam-based, or fully remote within CET +/-2h.

Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.

Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level.

You will join a team that is growing but still small, composed of veterans from the industry, where you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market.

Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist Artist to work on our

Paper2.io game. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in 3D art creation and will be responsible for creating and implementing 3D assets. This role is crucial as we transition and expand our content creation, and the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality 3D content and visual effects. The candidate will work closely with our developers to integrate new art features effectively.

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a 3D artist or any other relevant experience in the gaming industry (strong focus on mobile gaming).
  • Excellent communication skills with team members of different departments.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Aligning the 3D art team's goals with the studio vision.
  • Passion for casual games and extensive knowledge of different game genres across all platforms.
  • Knowledge of the technical constraints relating to Unity engine and level editors.
  • Proactive attitude and strong work ethic to inspire others.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
